Buying Firearms From Us
If you cannot come to our store in Houston, Texas we will gladly ship the gun to a local dealer in your location for you to retrieve. If you are new to buying firearms that you found online there is no reason to be concerned as the procedure is very simple:
- Beforehand, it is wise to contact a local dealer willing to receive the firearm and "transfer" it to you. Your dealer will charge a small fee for this service that is not included in the price of the firearm.
- Please make sure that:
- the firearm is legal in your location
- you are over 21 (we do not sell to those under 21, regardless of firearm type)
- and you are legally allowed to own a firearm
Your local gun dealer may assist you to understand your state/city laws. We can also assist you, but your local dealer has to agree with our determination.
- Call (281)384-1482 and place an order with us. Be wary of automated websites that sell firearms without human intervention, which is normally a sign of bad service to come. Buying and selling a gun requires responsibility. By having voice contact, we filter minors and frauds and you get to be certain the firearm is in stock, is exactly what you expect it to be, and can take advantage of the many forms of payment we make available.
- Once you place your order and payment, we will send you an e-mail with instructions for your local dealer of where to send a copy of its FFL We will also provide your local dealer with our short FFL number, so he/she can verify that we are a legitimate dealer (if you do not have access to e-mail, we will discuss an alternate procedure).
- We will ship the firearm the same day if we get your local dealer's FFL before 2:00PM CST and the next day if we get it after. We ship long guns by UPS Ground Insured and handguns by UPS 2nd Day Air Insured. Accelerated shipment is available at an additional charge.
