The Mark V 338 Lapua Tactical has an ergonomic, fully adjustable composite stock that fits virtually any body size or shape. Other features include hand-tuned fully adjustable trigger (factory set at 3lbs with sear engagement set at .008 to .014), equipped with recoil reducing Accubrake, combines tactical accuracy at extended ranges and has a 28″ overall barrel length with brake. With the included Accubrake you can significantly reduce felt recoil up to 53 percent. That’s nearly 10 percent more effective than their nearest competitor. It has checkered thread protector, for a near perfect brake-to-barrel contour match. Because the crown is located at the end of the barrel, not the brake, the lands are protected, preserving accuracy. As the bullet exits the barrel it passes through the brake without contact. The brake in no way adversely affects velocity or accuracy, only felt recoil and muzzle jump. Constructed of stress-proof 420 Series stainless steel and matte stainless steel finish.
