The Banshee is the featherweight of CMMG’s lineup, with the shortest barrels in their caliber. Its design gives you the firepower you need in a compact and lightweight platform, ideal for plinking, competition shooting, and serious personal protection. The Banshee features a CMMG Micro/CQB RipBrace, Magpul MOE pistol grip, and RML handguard with a top rail and M-Lok at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock locations. It has a mil-spec, single-stage trigger, and ambidextrous charging handle, selector, and sling plate. Banshee pistols feature a premium Cerakote finish on the receivers and handguard. The MKGS Banshee 300 in 45 ACP has forged upper and lower 7075-T6 aluminum receivers. This model has a Graphite Black cerakote finish, 5″ black nitride barrel, CMMG Ambidextrous charging handle, laser engraving on the lower receiver, and includes a 13-round Glock magazine.

About the 458 SOCOM: The 458 SOCOM cartridge offers the practical ballistics of the legendary .45-70 in a modern AR platform rifle and is capable of firing 250 to 600 grain .458 caliber bullets in a lightweight, controllable package. For hunting medium to large game, bullets around 300 grains possess devastating killing power going over 1,800 fps. Due to its industry standard 1-14 twist barrel this rifle is also capable of launching 500-600 grain bullets at subsonic velocities for suppressed or tactical use. Bullets are now easily available form many manufacturers.

NOTE: Although this gun is nominally a 10 rounder it ships with a modified 30rd 5.56 magazine and as such can still hold 30rds of 5.56 ammo. The magazine has been modified to function properly with 10rds of .458 SOCOM, but will physically hold 11rds if forced. Due to the many state restrictions on magazine capacity these rifles may not be sold to individuals in the following restricted states: Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Washington D.C., Chicago IL, Aurora IL, Oak Park IL and South Bend IN.
